What is Supply Chain?

The Administration and Management of Supply Chain SCM (or "Supply Chain Managment") is a collaborative effort between the members of the production line: the clients, manufacturers, suppliers, designers, and managers in order to add value to the products we produce to meet client needs.

Through product development and alignment of personnel, resources and technology, as well as the coordinated management of materials, information and financial flows, the benefits of Supply Chain Management are achieved.
