Prototype Laboratory
In the shoe prototype laboratory we have the potential to develop footwear from start to finish by means of:
- Center of Numeric Control (CNC) Techno drill to make quick prototype molds and reproduction of lasts
- Numeric Control of 4 axes of machining to make the molds and models
- Injection of Poliurithane POLMAQ for soles
- Cutting of patterns Lumiere 2, Lectra/ZUND, for the cut of the leather shoe.
- Digitalized 3D laser, Lectra, interfaced with the program Romans CAD 3d.
- Software for 3D design of footwear: Romans CAD 3d, SIPECO and Rinoceros, Caledostyle to illustrate the footwear.
